GENTLE/EXTRA GENTLE YOGA

This combination class offers the assistance of a chair or the gentle option of basic yoga on the mat. This is a good choice for those new to yoga, recovering from illness or injury, moms-to-be and those with limited mobility. You will be gently challenged, while encouraged to honor your body.

PILATES/YOGA FUSION
An accessible all-levels class ideal for yogis who want to ease into Pilates while staying within a yoga practice. Enjoying the best of both worlds, we explore the precision and control required in the Pilates method, laying a foundation for advancing our practice and building the core strength that inevitably follows and finding calmness with breath, body awareness and strength that can enhance the exercises. Modifications and easier versions of exercises are always available.
Location: Racquetball Court1 (AM) or Gym 3 (PM)

POWER PUMP
Power Pump is a full-body weight workout that mixes powerful music with weight training. This class targets all your major muscle groups using a barbell, bench and weights. Formats change every 6 weeks to keep your workout challenging and effective.

TRX®
TRX® Suspension Training is a revolutionary total-body fitness program that uses gravity against the individual’s own body weight to simultaneously develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability.
Location: Main Gym Foyer

INDOOR GROUP CYCLING
Utilizing stationary bikes, this class simulates hills, flats and speed work all set to music and/or timed intervals. Great for all fitness enthusiasts!

ZUMBA®
ZUMBA® is a Latin-inspired, dance, fitness class that incorporates Latin and international music and dance moves. The routines feature interval-style training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that keep you moving to the beat! No dance experience necessary. Come ready to shake it!

YOGA
The intention for this class is found through discovery, exploration and awareness of the inner body. While attention is placed on alignment and working deeply into the poses, the inspiration comes from within you, the student. Allow your yoga practice to unfold. All levels are welcome.

NIA
Nia is a sensory-based movement practice that draws from martial dance and healing arts. It empowers people of all shapes and sizes by connecting the body, mind, emotions and spirit. Classes are taken barefoot to soul-stirring music. Classes teach people how to exercise without pain and how to enjoy the process of getting fit with movement. Every experience can be adapted to individual needs and abilities.

CIRCUIT
This high-energy class will increase your strength and aerobic fitness as you alternate muscle strengthening activity and cardio. Circuit training simulates life. You switch from one movement to another, just like you do in real situations. This practice keeps your body healthy, balanced and agile!

FAMILY FIT
Bring your baby and get fit together! This class focuses on core strengthening, weight loss, strength exercises, and cardiovascular movement. Find support among other parents and caregivers.

Metabolic Resistance Training (MRT)
This is one of the best, most intense strategies for building muscle, torching fat, and improving overall physical fit-ness. MRT might as well be called “madman training!”

PiYo® LIVE
PiYo® LIVE combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility of flowing yoga movements. You’ll use your bodyweight to perform a series of continuous, targeted moves to define every single muscle-big and small. We crank up the music, the speed, and the fun to give you an intense, yet low-impact workout that will burn crazy calories for a long lean beautiful physique. You’ll sweat, stretch, and strengthen-all in one empowering PiYo® LIVE workout!

SENIOR STRENGTH
Move through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and skills required during activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing and a ball are used for resistance and a chair can be used for seated and/or standing support.

STRONG by Zumba™
STRONG by Zumba™ is a high intensity interval training class using more traditional fitness moves for a more athletic workout. You use your own bodyweight as resistance to achieve muscle definition.

BUTI®YOGA
This practice is a high-intensity fusion of yoga, tribal dance, and plyometrics. Classes combine cardio, strength training and flexibility in one seamless format. Buti® Yoga creates a strong, empowered group environment that resembles a tribe.

WARRIOR FIT
Get strong, fit, and reshape your body with exercises that target your legs, chest, back and core. This 40-minute class will challenge you yet leave you feeling accomplished.
