PERSONAL FITNESS TRAINING
Workout with a certified personal trainer and develop a specific program for your health and wellness goals. Benefits include expanding your fitness potential, redesigning your regular workout program, discovering new and effective exercises per your fitness goals and designing a safe program for an injury or illness.

SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
Designed to help you reach specific goals while also offering training and accountability, small groups of 3-5 people will work with a trainer who will lead you on a journey toward your fitness goals. Each session includes beginning and ending body composition assessments and nutritional guidance. Examples of small group training include: Yoga, Sports Performance, Weight Loss, HIIT Training, and Traditional Group Personal Training.
Note: Individuals who would like to workout in a group should have their group already formed. The Y will facilitate the training and instruction.

FITSTART
All beginning exercisers should take advantage of this private session with a member of the wellness team. During the meeting, wellness staff will help you set your wellness goals, share a menu of wellness options and design a program that meets your objectives, interests, and lifestyle. All FitStarts will also receive a free InBody test (body composition) if desired.

SUMMER BODY BLAST
Get lean and toned with this challenging 28-day workout program. This class is designed to increase muscular strength and endurance while blasting body fat. All sessions conducted under the supervision of a certified personal trainer. Participants will use the Inbody before and after to track how their body has transformed.
