YOUTH STRENGTH TRAINING 101

This class is designed to introduce preteens to the Wellness Center. They will learn how to safely and properly use the equipment that is suited for them. Taught by certified personal trainer, Josh Klingenberg, NSCA.

SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING FOR ATHLETIC DEVELOPMENT (SPT)
Speed, agility and quickness are the primary conditions athletes must improve to advance their performance. Certified personal trainers will offer a variety of drills and exercises for injury prevention, core conditioning, strength, speed and power.
