AQUA GOLD

This morning class gets your day started right! It includes a warm-up, 30-40 minutes of low intensity exercise and toning, followed by cool-down and stretching. This class is perfect for seniors, beginners, and moms-to-be.

AQUA KICKBOXING

This energetic cardio class aims to improve strength, aerobic fitness, speed, flexibility, coordination and balance by taking classic kickboxing moves to the water. Enjoy a low-impact, high-intensity, total-body workout with the added benefits of support and resistance that the water provides!

AQUA YOGA

Move the flow of yoga right into the flow of water. The Aquatic Exercise Association emphasizes that water classes are especially beneficial for people with arthritis, diabetes, osteoporosis, back problems and pregnant women. This class is designed to rehabilitate and relax participants.

AQUA ZUMBA

Aqua Zumba blends the Zumba philosophy with water resistance, for one pool party you shouldn’t miss!  There is less impact on your joints during an Aqua Zumba class so you can really let loose. Water creates natural resistance, which means every step is more challenging and helps tone your muscles.
