Youth Strength Training 101

This class is designed to introduce pre-teens ages 11-13 to the Wellness Center. They will learn how to safely and properly use the equipment that is suited for them. Taught by Certified Personal Trainer, Josh Klingenberg, NSCA.

Sports Performance Training

Speed, agility and quickness are the primary conditions athletes must improve to advance their performance. Taught by Certified Personal Trainer, Josh Klingenberg, NSCA. Josh will lead athletes in a variety of drills and exercises that promote injury prevention, core conditioning, strength, speed and power.
