ADULT GROUP FITNESS SWIMMING and STROKE DEVELOPMENT

This instructor-led class is developed for adults who can swim and want to improve lap swim endurance, stroke technique and build their water fitness level to meet fitness goals, prepare for triathlon, prepare for military entrance…etc.
