SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
Designed to help you reach specific goals while also offering training and accountability, small groups of 3-5 people will work with a trainer who will lead you on a journey toward your fitness goals. Each session includes beginning and ending body composition assessments and nutritional guidance. Examples of small group training include: Yoga, Sports Performance, Weight Loss, HIIT Training, and Traditional Group Personal Training.
Note: Individuals who would like to workout in a group should have their group already formed. The Y will facilitate the training and instruction.
ADVANCED FOAM ROLLING TRAINING
This class builds upon the basics of the myofascial release technique also known as foam rolling.This class will go deeper into
three major joint areas that are a common source of pain: Low Back, Knee, and Shoulder. This class will utilize specific foam rolling techniques, stretching, and strengthening techniques to aid in alleviation of these pain areas.
