ADULT GROUP FITNESS SWIMMING

This course is for swimmers who are already able to swim laps, but who want to improve strokes, build endurance, prepare for a triathlon, or would like a coached workout. Instructors will help swimmers improve technique, provide challenging and fun workouts and help swimmers build strength and endurance. A fun class!
