The Walla Walla YMCA is looking for highly motivated, flexible and enthusiastic individuals who can work in a busy environment to fill the following part time positions:

Preschool/After School/Kids Corner – support staff

Position responsible for providing a quality experience to children and parents that focuses on the YMCA core values. Assist with recreational and educational activities which support children’s learning and promote self-esteem, parent communication and involvement.

After School Program Assistant

BFOQ:  One of the open positions requires a male employee to oversee male students during swimming and when the group is on field trips.The Walla Walla YMCA is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic applicant to fill the position as Assistant for the After School Program.  Must be able to work Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 2:15 – 5:30 pm and Wednesday 1:15 – 5:30 pm.  Must be 18 years of age.  Position responsible for providing a quality experience to children and parents that focuses on the YMCA core values of honesty, respect, responsibility and caring.  APPLICATION DEADLINE – October 5, 2017.

YCCY Teen Center Assistant

The Walla Walla YMCA has an immediate opening for an energetic and enthusiastic applicant to work in our Teen program.  Must be able to work M-W-F evenings and enjoy working with teens. Ability to provide leadership and work independently as well as in a team setting.  This position will serve as a mentor assisting with leadership, education, personal development, life skills and other program activities focusing on YMCA core values.
